JHB’s greatest value is acting as a third-party in the design and costing phase of a new construction project.  Once the scale of the project is determined, we submit a fixed fee for new construction projects.  This allows the customer to make changes to the house during the design to achieve their budget goals for the project.  For customers who have already selected and finalized their design, JHB is committed to providing a thorough and complete estimate for the project with a fixed fee for our services.
